Ms. Rosey Flaherty, CPA, MSA
I believe great tax planning starts with understanding the person behind the portfolio.
As both a CPA and a real estate investor, I've experienced firsthand that building wealth through real estate is about much more than numbers on a tax return. It's about creating opportunities, achieving financial freedom, supporting your family, and building a future you're excited about. That's why I take the time to understand not only where my clients are today, but where they want to go.
My journey in accounting began more than a decade ago and has taken me through public accounting, private industry, and leadership roles serving complex real estate and business clients. Along the way, I discovered that the most meaningful client relationships were never centered around tax returns alone, they were built on trust, strategy, and helping people make confident decisions.
Today, I combine that professional experience with my own real estate investing journey. I understand the excitement of acquiring a property, the uncertainty that comes with major investment decisions, and the importance of having advisors who see the bigger picture. My goal is to be that trusted advisor for my clients.
